can strep throat cause mouth blisters?

i just got diagnosed with strep throat (the doctor did a test,it’s deffiniatley strep) but i have these blisters/canker sore like things on my tounge/mouth.( i also had a penicillin shot.) what could be causing these blisters to form?

yes you can get the blisters from strep my son had that a couple months ago and the doctor said when is a bad case of strep that happens but they do ggo away quickly with the use of a antibiotic

    Usually, strep causes white patches on your tonsils. It could very well be part of the infection especially, if your doctor checked and diagnosed you. If you got a shot, that will probably make you feel better pretty soon. Take any additional meds he prescribed, if you don’t see a change then call doctor and see what he might think. Hope you feel better.
