How do I get rid of blisters in my mouth? Fast?

I got these bars (enforcers) in my mouth (kind of like rubber bands) to help with my overbite and it gave me a really bad blister on one side of my mouth, I can’t eat and I can hardly talk without it hurting. Is there a way i can get rid of this blister fast?

there is a cream called anbesol witch you rub on a cold sore it does not taste good but does the job

    take regular vitamins, stay away from acidy foods, i’ve even cut up a tshirt, and put the piece of cotton between the bars, and blister.
