What do cold sores look like?
Cold sores usually run their course in 8 to 12 days, taking the following forms during the five stages outlined below:
Day 1-2 : The Tingle stage. [The Prodrome Stage.]
In most cases a person’s first indication that a cold sore is developing is that they notice a sense of soreness, tautness, or swelling in the location where their cold sore will ultimately form. Sometimes this same area will become slightly reddened.

Here are some measures he can take for indigestion,
* eating several small, low-fat meals throughout the day at a slow pace
* refraining from smoking
* abstaining from consuming coffee, carbonated beverages, and alcohol
* stopping use of medications that may irritate the stomach lining—such as aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs
* getting enough rest
* finding ways to decrease emotional and physical stress, such as relaxation therapy or yoga
as for mouth blisters, is it really blisters or ulcer?? if it is blisters, only qualified practitioners can help as the most likely cause of blisters in mouth will be oral herpes, but ulcer is caused mainly due to lack of Vitamin B!
Good Luck
