My boyfriend is worried cos he has a small bump about the size of a bb pellet on the roof of his mouth. It is really sore for him and has only newly appeared. He doesn’tknow what it is, any ideas?
EITHER a mouth ulcer – normal, will pass away after about a week.
OR an infection in the tooth underneath the lump – if this is the case then he will have to get root canal carried out or worse – get the tooth taken out! Get him to take salt rinses regularly and see if any puss comes out. If puss comes out then its an infection.
I have had both senarios.
Its best for him to go to the dentist just to be sure!

could be a canker sore, could be herpes… could be he ate something hot or cut it with by eating chips or something sharp
