Bump inside the Skin in my mouth, what is it?

I have a bump inside my mouth, not outside but inbetween the skin. there is like a vain that is next to it too and it is a little bigger. what do u thing it is? anything that i could do to stop it from hurting? its not bleeding or anything

You may have just bitten then inside of your mouth and not noticed it till later.

    It could be syphilis look up the signs and see if so go to the doctor!
