What is this bump on the roof of my mouth?

I always had this since I can remember there is a bump it’s feels hard like bone on my hard palate on the roof of my mouth. I can feel it with my tongue. Is this normal?
Btw, it’s in front and is not the Torus palatinus

I have the exact same thing, XD

that means that it either is normal or where strange mutant people
o.O
