They kind of look like cold sores. He is always scratching them and they even bleed sometimes. I use a stainless steel bowl to feed him and his water dish is stainless steel. He is an inside dog and he isn’t around ants. He had fleas a while ago so i don’t think that it should be fleas. If you have ideas or if if you know what it is please let me know thank you.

This sounds like something you should be asking your vet about, not a bunch of people here on YA. It could be any number of things and until you know what it is you can’t treat it. Take the dog to the vet and have him diagnosis what the problem is and give him the proper medication to cure it.

I have a boxer dog and she used to get them all the time. they looked like pimples or cold sores; they went away though. Might want to get it checked out anyway.
