Two days ago I noticed a hard painless lump in the roof of my mouth about 1.5cm back from the teeth on the hard palate. It’s about 5mm in size. I also have a sore throat that just came on today.
Are they related and is there anything to worry about?

He has a little white sore on his gum tissue right under one of his bottom "eye" teeth. It is very painful for him. So far we’ve been rinsing with warm salt water throughout the day and Tylenol for the pain.
Orajel swipes ( q tips ). they taste yummy and numb the pain.
And don’t feed him citrus foods. That makes the pain more intense.
I get these things all the time, like i’ll accidentally bite my lip and then for the next 2 weeks it gets all hurting and bigger and bigger and it’s sooo sore.
Go to the drug store and get a tube of Orabase with Benzocaine. Place a small amount on a q-tip and dab, don’t rub it on the sore. Use after eating and before bed. The benzocaine will numb the sore and the orabase will protect and help with the healing. Good luck
So I got my monroe piercing done (by a non professional, everything was sterile) and the barbell didn´t went through because it was too big and the needle too small… thas mas 4 days ago and now i have kind of like a mouth sore (ulcer) and I don´t know if it´s that or is just a cut in my mouth because of the needle any suggestions? has it happened to you?
It is likely just a cut in your mouth from forcing in the jewelry. I wouldn’t make of big deal of that. Just clean the piercing in the correct manner, and you should be just fine.
Now, for this barbell size? If it’s your piercer that tried putting in a barbell that was larger than the needle, I would recommend not going to them for piercings anymore.

I’ve looked around online at different mouth sores and such and can’t find whats with my lip. I have a clear, some what like a zit something in the inside of my lip. I don’t think it’s anything ridiculous, It doesn’t hurt, it’s just weird.
I have a friend who says it may be an infection because I have a lip ring.
I have been under the weather for about a month now really, getting sick and getting better every week or so.
My first inclination is to say that you have a canker sore, but you’ve said the sore isn’t painful. Canker sores are often characterized as small painful bumps on the inside of lips that can have a clear or while crown.
Also, because you’ve been sick off and on lately, I’m leaning more toward thinking you have a canker sore. Usually when people get sick, they are more susceptible to getting mouth sores, such as canker sores.
Whatever you do, don’t pop it with a needle. There’s a number of natural home remedies you can try to get rid of canker sores, such as putting a warm tea bag on it. If you do think it is an infection from your lip ring, I would suggest seeing a doctor. Good luck!
On the top left side of my mouth, I have a painfull red bump with a white head. Whenever I run my tongue across the sore, it stings. I got the sore about 3 days ago, but I have no idea what it could be. Any suggestions?
it’s not a canker sore, I have had those many times.
It could be strep throat… or gonorrhea.
