How likely would it be for me to catch hand foot mouth desease from a 4 year old?

I was playing with my 4 year old neighbor and she didnt complain about being sick and her mother called the doctor today and the doctor thinks its the hand foot mouth disease. I came in little contact with her. She gave me hugs, sat in my lap. I am 16 years old. I am babysitting today only because I have already been exposed to her. How likley is it for my to catch it if I catch it at all?

It’s possible you can get it, but it’s not like it’ll do anything to you. The symptoms of hand foot and mouth disease are very mild. Apparently, they’re so mild lots of people do not even realise that they have it.
