Does anyone know of any good ways to soothe mouth pain from spacers?

i just got spacers on my teeth 2 days ago, Help!!! it hurts

I strongly suggest you take ibuprofen. It works better than anything else. Just take it every 4 to 6 hours (with food).

    tylenol and ambesol. that should help.. use a Q-tip to apply it.

  4. Usually the pain goes away in about 5 days but until then take pain-relievers like Advil.

  5. my son’s dentist precribed a solution of benadry and viscous lidocaine to swish and spit. It really helped the pain.

  7. Clove oil was the standard toothache remedy. It has anesthetic properties of some effectiveness as well as disinfectant properties.
