Does anyone know of any good ways to soothe mouth pain from spacers?

I strongly suggest you take ibuprofen. It works better than anything else. Just take it every 4 to 6 hours (with food).

Usually the pain goes away in about 5 days but until then take pain-relievers like Advil.
