How to get rid of a cold sore in my mouth?

it’s in the back part of my mouth.it’s so sore,it feels like a toothache.please help i have a summer program tomorrow and i dont want to have a sore mouth.please help. :) i was going to put vinigar but we dont have any.it worked on my last cold sore that i had on my mouth.WHAT SHOULD I DO???? PLEASE HELP.

Taking lysine (you can get it over the counter at a drugstore) works if you take it right at the onset of the soar. Take about 3,000 mg/day for a few days and it will feel a lot better.

    Whenever I have a cold sore in my mouth, I use alcoholic mouthwash to rinse my mouth. Cold sore usually goes away after a few days. Hope that helps :)

    swish some Listerine on it and just let the Listerine burn it for a bit. Then wash your mouth with water. Repeat twice. Should clear out nicely
