Its different then any mouth sore I have had. I am a little worried and its 10 PM at night time on a Friday night so cant do much there.
It’s a blood blister.
I have a small mouth sore on the inside of my lip. It is black in color. What could it be ?

go to the urgent care in the morn for a culture to rule out a staph (or worse) infection. keep your hands off of it.

Go to a Dr. asp and get it checked. Could be the start of something very bad and you would need to get it removed if that is the case!

It may be a blood blister or it may be a cancer, I’d at least have a Doctor check it out.

Go to a doctor, do not rely on information off the net when it comes to sores in your mouth afterall we are not doctors and even if i was i can not see inside your mouth, don’;t play games with your health go to a doctor now. It may be a simple ulcer or blister but it could be something else more serious.

Sometimes Pepto Bismol darkens oral tissues. In other cases, people develop "freckles" in their mouths. It’s said to be hereditary. If it grows larger or becomes painful, I’d go to the doctor.
