I woke up dehydrated one night (several times that same night) and chugged 4 Hawaiin Punches over a few hour span. In the next few days I developed these big sores on the top of my mouth (about 4 of them.) They are extremely painful. They’ve lasted about 5 days now. Has anyone heard of something like this before or could it be something else. Can sweet drinks like that cause something like this. Thanks in advance.
gargle with warm water and salt 2x/day. drink water instead of juice especially if you are in bed. the sugar just sits on your teeth.
Can this be a cause of mouth sores?

No one knows what causes canker sores. The vast majority of people who develop canker sores do not have another problem as the cause.
* The disease is suspected to result from a reaction of the immune system.
*
o hormonal disorders
o stress
o trauma
food allergies or sensitivities (chocolate, tomatoes, nuts, and acidic foods such as pineapple)
toothpastes containing sodium lauryl sulfate
deficiencies of iron, folic acid, or vitamin B12

Yeah i used to get those sores all the time [canker sores] they make ointments for them but some ppl recommend putting salt directly on the sore or swishing salt water in your mouth, painful but the fastest way to get rid of them. good luck:)
