Its always best to gargle hot salt water. It hurts like but that’s the only thing dentists and doctors recommend cause I get them like really bad too… D:

if your teeth are yellowing…..and the stain is “not” right into the bone of the teeth. Try brushing with a nice big blob of Arm & Hammer baking soda twice a day for a week……”BIG” improvement. Stuff tastes like pure salt…but….it works and is good gor your gums…..TRY IT
