My Mom took my sick baby to the doctor it was a white thrush in her mouth, she gave me medication,?

My Mom Took my Sick baby to the hospital she had a white thrush inside her mouth from the nipple of the bottle, the doctor said try putting a bigger holes,so,the doctor gave me some kind of medication for the thrush,so am givin my baby this stuff now,the doctor said wait like 10 minutes and give her the bottle, and if she doesn’t take come back the next day for more info.

I remember your first question, which was baby won’t take bottle and why is he/she crying?? right?? take baby back to the doctor. My daughter had thrush and it is painful, this is why baby won’t stop crying and won’t eat…continue the medication like doctor says, I don’t have a clue why you would put bigger holes in the nipple, unless to make it easier for baby to eat when they suck because it hurts. dont puncture the nipples just buy ones with bigger size holes. sterilze everything, nipples, rings, bottles, even new ones have to be sterilized. never use any thing to cook in or for anything but babies bottles, dont touch the nipples before putting in babies mouth and if it does, start with a new one. pacifiers especially.

ask doctor about a malox( I dont think i spelled that right but its the white chalky stuff for a stomach ache) and benadryl mixture. the pharmacist will be the only one to mix it at the right proportions so that you can swab babies mouth/and gums using a cotton ball, so that they can eat while the medication begins to work. It helps with the pain DO NOT TRY AND MIX THIS YOURSELF!!!!! ASK YOUR DOCTOR. They may have something different now that will allow baby to eat without pain. always make sure everything that touches babies mouth is clean….i hope this helps

Ok your pediatrician should gave you some antibiotics cause that thrush is dead bacteria in baby mouth. I am telling u this cause my son who is now 14 months old had that like a month ago and they prescribed me with antibiotics, benadryl and motrin to ease the pain.

    You forgot your question.

Since I am not psychic, I assume you have a question regarding thrush and the treatment. Here are a few websites.
