What is this white dot in my 1year olds mouth?

I am breastfeeding BUT I do not have sore breast and its only one white dot not a bunch of them so I don’t think its thrush. What could it be? Its on the side of her cheek on the inside of her mouth, i just saw it a few minutes ago.

Is she running a fever and cranky or anything? If so it could be Hand Foot Mouth Disease. But if she’s fine, I would just think a normal canker sore or the beginings of thrush. Just keep an eye on it and if she develops a fever and the crankies, call the doc for a check.
