What is this white somewhat of a crancker sore in my mouth?

I have a little white thing in my mouth that looks like a crancker sore but it’s white and it’s in the bottom of my lip. and it hurts and stings when i touch it. Just like a cranker sore. Also what can i do to get rid of it?

By the way it’s right under my lip pircing wich i got 2 weeks ago?
Did my lip piricing cause it?

its could be infected, swollen, some type of sore,or its keyliod (which is fine it just healed wrong)
